still looking for rental,please taket a look at www.pvexperience.com, look at condo vista la yates,it on the marina in nuevo vallarta,walking distance to many new resturants,like puerto ballo,prime157,and many more,
all so villa magna ocean view,2 beds 2 bath unit,when in january is the date you want,

My husband and I are loking for rental of house or condo fro November 2009 for up to 1 year. We'd love:
* oceanfront or at worst ocean view
* private deck
* prefer 3 bedrooms but could live with 1
* furnished

Willing to help with paint or minor construction to secure clean, safe and affordable place (I am an interior designer and he is n construction).
